When you contact us, apply to rent, lease a property, request management services, or otherwise use our services, we may collect your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and details related to your tenancy, property, or management needs. If you submit a form or opt in to text messaging, we also collect your mobile phone number and your consent record.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide property management and leasing services, coordinate maintenance and repairs, send rent and appointment reminders, schedule showings and inspections, and communicate with you about your tenancy or property. If you have opted in, we may send you SMS/text messages related to these purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our phone and messaging provider, maintenance vendors, and our property management software) only as needed to deliver our services, and as required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
